BCFC Forage Variety Trials
Project Objectives
- Cooperate with provincial effort to evaluate forage varieties
- Assist in promotion & sharing results within agriculture community
- Progress to date: 39 varieties of grass and 29 varieties of alfalfa established and evaluated in 2000 and 2001
- Presented results at AGM 2001
- Reported results from 2002
- 2002 was the final year of research of these plots with current funding commitments
