Summer Forage & Livestock Tour
Braden Road to Groundbirch Areas

Meeting at: Thomsons' place, Mile 23 Alaska Highway, BC
Date:  Wed June 20, 2018
Time: from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
.

We will tour through some plots seeded through the Forage Starting Over Dos & Dont's project. Scott Fraser will then tour us around South Peace Stock Farms.

Our next stop will be hosted by Stan & Shirley Smithard, in the Kiskatinaw - Braden Road area. We will tour demo plots of improving forage productivity by nutrient management. This stop will also be an opportunity to meet & greet people from Investment Agriculture Foundation.

The afternoon will feature more stops at ranches ending with a BarBQ supper at Craig Fossum & Brette Madden's place. Please see here for draft agenda.
